BCALA Board Officer Change Announced

After a unanimous vote for his removal from office in the best interest of the organization, the BCALA Board and Dr. Jason Alston, current Vice President, have come to a mutual decision regarding a change in his role within BCALA. Effective immediately, he will no longer serve as vice president.

Dr. Alston is a lifetime member who served in different leadership and service roles since his joining of BCALA in 2012. To pursue his personal commitment to the organization, he plans to continue his membership and involvement. In appreciation, and on behalf of the BCALA membership body, the BCALA Board extends a sincere thank you to Dr. Alston for his service to the organization.
